You'll need your AT&T account number, AT&T Transfer PIN, and AT&T billing address. Here's where to find all of that:
Before Starting
When transferring multiple lines under one account (or family account) cancel the primary account line last. If the primary account holder is transferred out first, other users on the account have to make an account with AT&T, set up billing, and then request a transfer PIN.
AT&T Account Number
To find your AT&T Account Number, sign in to the myAT&T app or the AT&T website:
In the myAT&T app
Go to the âProfileâ tab.
Scroll to "My Linked Accounts," and look under âWireless Accountâ to find your account number.
On ATT.com
Look under âWelcome Back [Your Name]â in the left column to find your account number.
You can also find your Account Number on the top-right corner of your AT&T bill. If you need help, contact AT&T at (800) 331-0500.
AT&T Transfer PIN
Youâll need to generate a unique Transfer PIN to transfer your number to Noble. This is different from the security PIN on your account.
To request your Transfer PIN, sign in to the myAT&T app or the AT&T website:
Tap "Profile"
If youâre on the app, tap âManage or Remove Accountâ
Tap "Settings" then scroll down to "Transfer Phone Number" and select "Request A New PIN."
AT&T will send you a text to confirm your transfer request. All you need to do is reply to this text in order for your number to be released.
Your pin will expire 4 days after it is generated. If you need help, contact AT&T at (800) 331-0500.
AT&T Billing Address
To find your AT&T Billing Address, sign in to the myAT&T app or the AT&T website:
Tap âProfileâ
Scroll to "My Linked Accounts," then look under âWireless Accountâ to find your AT&T Billing Address.
You can also find your billing address on the first page of your AT&T bill. If you need help, contact AT&T at (800) 331-0500.
