Bringing your current phone number to Noble Mobile is simple, and we’re here to walk you through it step-by-step. Whether you're switching for the savings, the premium network, or to finally get rewarded for using your phone less, here's how to make the move smoothly.
✅ Step 1: Do Not Cancel Your Current Service
To port your number, your existing line must stay active. Once the port is complete, your old carrier will automatically deactivate your account.
🔓 Step 2: Make Sure Your Phone is Unlocked
Sometimes big wireless companies will lock your phone and make you jump through hoops to get it removed. Take a look at our FAQ article here for common scenarios and simple solutions!
📋 Step 3: Gather the Required Information
You'll need:
Your phone’s IMEI number (dial *#06# on your phone to get this)
Your current phone number that you want to transfer to Noble
Your account number from your current carrier
A transfer PIN (sometimes called a Port-Out PIN) from your current carrier
Your billing address on file with your current carrier
Need to find your account number from your current carrier?
AT&T: Log into your myAT&T profile. Scroll to My linked accounts. You'll see the account number for each of your services.
T-Mobile: Log into your T-mobile account. Select the "Manage" option and you'll see your account number at the top of the page.
Verizon: Log into your My Verizon account online, select Account > Account Settings > Account Settings Overview. Your account number will be listed at the top below where it shows "My Profile."
🔄 Step 4: Start the Port-In Process with Noble
When you sign up for Noble Mobile, choose the option to “Keep My Number.” You’ll be prompted to enter the details from Step 2.
If you’ve already signed up and want to port later, you can still initiate the port-in process from your Noble Mobile dashboard or by contacting customer support.
⏳ Step 5: Wait for Transfer to Complete
Most number ports take just a few minutes, though some can take up to 24 hours depending on your previous carrier. Don’t remove / delete your SIM or cancel service during this time!
You’ll receive a confirmation from Noble when the transfer is complete, and your old mobile service will deactivate. Hop on Wi-Fi and activate your Noble eSIM (or physical SIM card) to get your new mobile service activated immediately.
🚀 You're All Set!
Once your number is active on Noble, test your phone by making a call or sending a text. If you run into any issues, our support team is ready to help.
