Can I keep my phone number?
Yes! You can absolutely keep your current phone number when switching to Noble Mobile. To transfer your number, you’ll need to request a port-out PIN (or account transfer PIN) from your current carrier. Once you have it, enter the information during the signup process, and we’ll handle the rest. Most number transfers complete within a few minutes to a few hours, but some may take up to 24-48 hours depending on your current provider.
How do I cancel Noble?
You can cancel your Noble Mobile service at any time — no contracts, no hidden fees, no pressure. Just log into your Noble Dashboard, navigate to Account Settings, and click “Cancel Plan”. You’ll be issued a prorated refund for the portion of the month you don’t use your service.
How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for any reason, just click “Forgot Password” on the login screen. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we’ll send you a secure link to create a new password. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I update my payment info?
Definitely! Updating your payment information is quick and easy. Just log into your Noble Dashboard, go to the “Billing” section, and click “Change Card” or “Add Payment Method.” You can update your credit or debit card at any time, and your next payment will be charged to the new card on file. If you need help, our support team is just a click away.
How can my family members log into our Noble account?
If you are the primary user for your Noble account, you can add your family members (or other trusted individuals) as “authorized users” if you have additional lines on your account. When you do, they'll get an automated email to create a separate login.
Authorized users can have one of these two forms of access:
Limited access, where they can only view their line’s details
Full access, where they can view and make changes for the entire account / all lines
Authorized users will also get their own referral code to share!
Note: you can only add an authorized user if you have additional lines on your Noble account.
