You'll need your T-Mobile account number, T-Mobile Transfer PIN, and T-Mobile billing address. Here's where to find all of that:
Before Starting
When transferring multiple lines under one account (or family account) cancel the primary account line last. If the primary account holder is transferred out first, other users on the account have to make an account with T-Mobile, set up billing, and then request a transfer PIN.
T-Mobile Account Number
To find your T-Mobile Account Number, sign in to the T-Mobile app or T-Mobile.com:
In the T-Mobile App:
Tap the “Manage” tab.
Tap the eye icon near the top to reveal your account number.
On T-Mobile.com:
Sign in and look near the top center of the welcome screen to find your account number.
You can also find your account number in the top-right corner of the first page of any T-Mobile paper bill. If you need help, contact T-Mobile at (800) 937-8997 or dial 611 from your T-Mobile line.
T-Mobile Transfer PIN
You’ll need to generate a unique Transfer PIN to transfer your number to Noble. This is different from the security PIN on your account.
In the T-Mobile App
Tap “Manage”
Tap the gear icon ⚙️in the top-right corner of the app.
Tap Permissions & Controls
Tap Transfer PIN
Follow the directions on the screen.
On T-Mobile.com
In the top right corner, select My Account or your name.
Choose Profile > Line Settings.
Select Request a Transfer PIN > Get a Transfer PIN.
Follow the directions on the screen.

T-Mobile Billing Address
To find your T-Mobile Billing Address, sign in to the T-Mobile app or T-Mobile.com:
In the T-Mobile App
Tap “Manage.”
Tap the gear icon ⚙️in the top-right corner of the app.
Tap “Profile.”
Look under “Addresses” to find your Billing Address.
On T-Mobile.com
Hover over your name in the top-right corner of the website and click “Profile.”
Then click “Billing Preferences” and look under “Billing Address” to find your Billing Address.
