How can I improve my data performance?

Check and make sure 5G is turned on!

  • If you’re using an iPhone, navigate to Settings > Cellular > Your Noble eSIM > Voice & Data and select 5G Auto.

  • For Android, navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Allow 5G Service.

Noble uses the nation’s most powerful 5G network (yeah, we get it from one of the big guys, so it’s fast). Sometimes based on your current location, network tower traffic, or signal strength, you may experience different network speeds. Try moving to a more open area or switching cellular data on and off.

Why might my texts not be sending, and how can I fix it?

Check that:

  • Cellular data is on

  • iMessage is turned off if texting Android

  • Your phone number is correctly registered
