My eSIM is not working. How can I troubleshoot issues installing my eSIM?

  1. Ensure that you're connected to WiFi

  2. Make sure that you do not have a SIM from your previous carrier still installed

    1. An inactive eSIM or physical SIM card can often impede your Noble eSIM from performing as expected. We recommend fully deleting your old, inactive eSIM / removing your old, inactive physical SIM card to ensure that your Noble eSIM is the only SIM on your device.

  3. Restart your phone

  4. Try reinstalling the eSIM

How can I improve my data performance?

If you're having slower-than-expected speeds, make sure 5G is turned on!

  • For Android, navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Allow 5G Service.

  • If you’re using an iPhone 12 or newer, navigate to Settings > Cellular > Your Noble eSIM > Voice & Data and select 5G Auto.

See this video for how to turn on 5G on your iPhone:

Noble 5G is on the T-Mobile network, so it’s fast! Sometimes based on your current location, network tower traffic, or signal strength, you may experience different network speeds. Try moving to a more open area or switching cellular data on and off. Also, most newer devices are 5G capable but if you have an older phone then your device may only get 4G / LTE bandwidth for its top speed.

What is RCS and how do I enable it on my iPhone or Android phone?

RCS (Rich Communication Services) is a modern messaging upgrade that gives you features like read receipts, typing indicators, high-quality photo sharing, and better group chats.

On Android:

RCS is available through the Google Messages app. To enable it:

  1. Open Google Messages.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right) > Messages settings.

  3. Go to RCS chats and toggle it On.

  4. If required, follow the prompts to verify your number.

Once enabled, you'll see enhanced features when messaging other RCS-enabled users.

On iPhone:

Note: You'll need to be running iOS 18 or later. To enable it:

  1. Open Settings, then go to Apps

  2. Navigate to Messages

  3. Under RCS Messaging, toggle it On.

See this video for how to turn on RCS on your iPhone:
