You'll need your Verizon account number, Verizon Transfer PIN, and Verizon billing address. Here's where to find all of that:

Before Starting

When transferring multiple lines under one account (or family account) cancel the primary account line last. If the primary account holder is transferred out first, other users on the account have to make an account with Verizon, set up billing, and then request a transfer PIN.

Verizon Account Number

To find your Verizon Account Number, sign in to the Verizon app or Verizon.com:

  1. Tap "Profile & Settings."

  2. Find your Account Number under “My Profile.” Your account number is the first 10 digits, not including the numbers after the hyphen.

You can also find your account number on the first page of your Verizon bill. If you need help, contact Verizon at (800) 837-4966.

Verizon Transfer PIN

You’ll need to generate a unique Transfer PIN to transfer your number to Noble. This is different from the security PIN on your account.

From Your Verizon Phone

The easiest way to generate your Verizon Transfer PIN is to dial #PORT (#7678) from the phone number you want to transfer. You'll be directed to the "Number Transfer PIN" screen in the My Verizon app or mobile browser.

  1. Sign in, tap "Edit Profile & Settings.”

  2. Tap "Number Lock," then turn Number Lock off for the number you are transferring.

  3. Next, go back to the "Edit Profile & Settings" page, then select Number Transfer PIN.

  4. Tap "Generate PIN." Verizon will send you a verification code via text; enter that code and you'll see your Number Transfer PIN.

If you need help, contact Verizon at (800) 837-4966.

Verizon Billing Address

To find your Verizon Billing Address, sign in to the Verizon app or the Verizon.com:

In the Verizon App

  1. Tap “Profile & Settings.”

  2. Tap “Addresses.”

  3. Tap “Billing Address.”

  1. Tap “Edit Profile & Settings.”

  2. Look under the “Quick Links” section on the left and tap “Billing Address.”

If you need help, contact Verizon at (800) 837-4966.
